Overbooking practice meant I had to stay at the Ibis Budget when I had booked the Ibis - extremely disappointing, and would not risk booking again.

The place is decent and fairly clean, everything is nice, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. The units were new-fashioned and compact on the upper floors. The location is excellant and decent, 2 km from Zurich. We would have extended the stay, thank you very much for the good stay.

Place was functional and gorgeous, liked the stay.
The breakfast was savoury, the food was good. The stuff team was flexible, the rooms where large and compact and equipped with a classical design and ventilation plus bathroom. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - ease of access to Turbinenplatz.

Good sized and functional units and patient staff right from check-in until check-out. Great garden view and savoury and particularly nice breakfast.

The location is awesome, relatively close to a leading Swiss museum. Make sure you stay in the family room with ventilation, a seperate bed, as example.

It is a well-maintained and stunningly beautiful property located in Escher Wyss district really close to the train station in a silent neighbourhood, grocery store and public transport and supermarkets. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. There is a lot of fantastic food for breakfast. The location is in a magnificent spot next to shopping centre with funky restaurants. We would have stayed for longer, no complaint, loved this hotel.

Property was functional and absolutely fantastic, I truly enjoyed the stay.
Everything was nice, including competent and efficient staff on the reception desk. The rooms turned out to be huge and new-fashioned with ventilation, a classical design from IBIS, the bedroom.

Clean budget hotel in City West area, 15 min from main train station by tram. Good breakfast, CHF 130 for two adults and a child. Upgraded to triple room at no extra cost.
